Australia / Canada / Japan / South Korea / Singapore / Thailand - $10.00 flat-rate for orders under 70.00 USD
*Note that Shipping time on average is between 3 - 7 business days, not including order processing time.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you decided to return your purchased items, please send them back within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging unused with all labels included.
Salio has a 7 days return policy for unused products; you can contact us at info@saliosocks.com with your order number. We will do our absolute best to help you through the return process.
For return of order under 70.00USD, a $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return and restocking. For returns of orders above 70.00USD, A 3.00 fee will be deducted from your refund around to cover the cost of return and restocking.
Return will not be accepted once the product has been opened and worn, this is due to the hygienic standards we are holding for our customers.
Keep in mind any taxes, duties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow us 5 - 7 business days to inspect upon receival. If accepted, we will refund the amount into the payment account within 7 business days.
